sundermann_baugruppen_300Viele Unternehmen starten in das Jahr mit (glücklicherweise) wieder gut gefüllten Auftragsbüchern. Weitere Aufträge zeichnen sich bereits ab. Um dieses bewältigt zu bekommen, wird vermehrt auf Systemlieferanten gesetzt, die nicht nur Teile sondern komplette Baugruppen liefern können.

Die Vorteile hierfür sind offensichtlich:

• Höherer Durchsatz von Aufträgen

• Nutzung des Lohnkostenvorteils in der Montage bei Zulieferern (insbesondere in Osteuropa, Asien)

• Reduzierung des Aufwandes im Einkauf (1 Baugruppenbestellung, statt 100 Einzelteilbestellungen)

 

Jedoch ist zu beachten: „Der Nachgeschmack minderer Qualität wird bleiben, wenn der süße Duft niedriger Kosten längst verflogen ist."

Wer kennt diesen Geschmack nicht? Das Angebot des Lieferanten aus Osteuropa war unschlagbar, die Referenzen top und das Erstlieferantenaudit zeigte keine Risikopunkte. Dennoch wurde die Baugruppe verspätet geliefert, wies erhebliche Mängel auf, so dass sie nicht verwendet werden konnte. Einfach ungenießbar.
