The ITP Digital Transformation Center marked an important milestone with the launch of the platform of the Crossscience initiative in Kosovo. It will serve as a basis for connecting talent between companies and individuals.
The ITP Talent Pool is designed to connect talented students, graduates and highly qualified people from Kosovo with companies within the ITP Prizren, promoting early employment opportunities and promoting innovation .
By providing a platform for early employment, we facilitate the integration of young talent into the labor market. This innovative service is more than just a platform; it is a bridge connecting the aspirations of young talents in the field of ICT with the opportunities present in ITP. Our talent pool already includes more than 600 undergraduate students specializing in computer science and engineering and among them are more than 200 learners from ITP’s digital skills training program, all of whom are looking to shape the future of technology.
As part of the Cross Scientific Initiative, we collaborate with renowned universities including University of Prizren, University of Prishtina, UBT College, University International College, RIT Kosovo, RINVEST College , Mitrovica University, Gjilan University and Ferizaj University of Applied Sciences. . This program, which brings together public and private universities, aims to empower computer science students in Kosovo. Our dedicated HR professionals are committed to nurturing talent, ensuring they are well prepared for the job market.
The service was launched by Simon Floeth, director of the GIZ project to create the ITP Digital Transformation Hub. As part of the launch, we organized a tour of the ITP park, allowing attendees to discover the latest developments as well as a range of other services and benefits of being part of ITP ecosystem and explore our facilities. The networking session, which was accompanied by catering, provided a great opportunity for professionals to network and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
