Ann-Katrin Kackur, VP GBS Hire to Retire at adidas GBS will be speaking on here experiences on leading HR service organisations at this year’s Outsourcing & Shared Services Germany Forum, on June 4th in Berlin. Ms. Kackur will be talking about the global Human Capital trends and how the future of jobs will change indicate a range of challenges and transformation demand for companies and their shared services functions. About the speaker: Ann-Katrin Kackur is an HR Leader and Coach. She grew up and studied in Finland. Before moving to Germany, she also studied and lived in France and Belgium and her profession brings her regularly to the US and Asia. Her international background has brought her a broad cultural interest, awareness and understanding. She holds a master’s degree in languages and business administration.
Ann-Katrin looks back at a career of 20 years primarily in Human Resources, with focus on transformation projects, definition and execution of strategies and roadmaps, change and project management, implementation of processes, systems and services, as well as build-up of new functions and people management and development. She works since 2004 at adidas, located in Herzogenaurach, Germany, currently holding the role as VP GBS Hire to Retire. She has been involved in driving the setup of HR shared services at adidas and since last year also in the transformation and build-up of a global and cross-functional Global Business Services organization. In her current role, Ann-Katrin drives the conceptional design and setup of GBS for HR, including transition of services to centralized delivery centers.
In addition, Ann-Katrin is engaged in diversity and female leadership topics. Since 2013, she also actively pursues her passion for coaching, supporting individuals with career, performance or life challenges, or with leadership and team topics.
