The combination of business forum and industry Gala provides very unique insights into the Polish and European outsourcing and shared services industry and enables its guests for a very exclusive networking. Among the several hundred participants is the who is who of the Polish BSS industry discussing current and future issues and trends, but also celebrating success stories and achievements. The prestigious Outsourcing Star statuettes will go into the hands of the fastest growing outsourcing companies and business environment institutions.

Both events – the BSS Annual Forum of the Foundation as well as the Evening Gala are either held in English language or are fully translated for the foreign guests.

The City of Łódź is official partner of this double event and provides an excellent location and will be for one day the European Capital of Modern Business Services. Previous editions took place in Warsaw, Lublin and Gdynia, and were met with a great interest from guests from Poland and Europe. The Gala is an international event and as one of the key European events of the BSS sector (Business Support Services), it is a place for business meetings and exchange of experience between suppliers, influencers, consultants, representatives form public side and national and international buyers of outsourcing services.

This event is for education and analysis of trends in areas such as Process Excellence, Lean, Employer Branding, sales, brand image on the Internet, application of game theory in business, automation and robotization.

During this year’s edition of The BSS Forum, among the outstanding speakers were Hanna Zdanowska – Mayor of the City of Lodz, Krzysztof Senger, PhD – Acting President of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, Elias van Herwaarden from Deloitte, Romek Lubaczewski from PwC, Kerry Hallard from the Global Sourcing Association, Marko Kovacevic from the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, Karel Franchois from HFS Research.
